By accessing or using Loftimer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
Loftimer provides animated countdown timer images (GIFs) that can be embedded in emails and web pages. The Service generates these images on-the-fly based on user-configured parameters.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Loftimer offers Free and Pro plans. Free plan includes limited features with Loftimer branding. Pro plan is available as monthly ($3/month) or yearly ($20/year) subscription. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed through our payment provider. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Monthly plans: If you are unsatisfied, you may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period within 7 days of payment.
Yearly plans: Refunds for yearly plans are calculated based on the remaining unused months, minus any applicable discount received at signup.

You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Loftimer. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service (timer configurations, labels, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and serve your timer images.
Timer images are generated on-demand and served from our infrastructure. We do not guarantee permanent storage or availability of any specific timer. You are responsible for the content displayed in your timers (labels, text).
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime for the timer image generation service. This excludes scheduled maintenance (announced 24 hours in advance) and circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, third-party service outages). We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Loftimer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed $300 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months, whichever is less.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loftimer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for Pro plan users. Contact support@loftimer.com for GDPR-related requests.
Either party may terminate the account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
