Our Guarantee
We want you to be happy with Loftimer. If the Service doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a fair refund process.
Free Plan
The Free plan is free of charge. No payment is required and no refund applies.
Pro Monthly Plan ($3/month)
- You may request a refund within 7 days of your payment date
- Refund is pro-rated based on unused days in the current billing period
- After 7 days, no refund is available for the current period — you may cancel to prevent future charges
Pro Yearly Plan ($20/year)
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your payment date
- Refund is calculated based on remaining unused months
- The discount you received for choosing the yearly plan (vs monthly pricing) will be deducted from the refund amount
- After 14 days, no refund is available — you may cancel to prevent renewal
Refund Limits
- Maximum one refund per account
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- After the period ends, your account switches to the Free plan
- Your timers and data are preserved — you don't lose anything
- No future charges will be made
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@loftimer.com with:
- Your account email
- Reason for refund (helps us improve)
We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if the account was used in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, abuse).
